Top Manu Avatar Lodge

Top Manu Avatar Lodge is the lodge of Amazon Trip Peru, on the Alto Madre de Dios River in the Manu Cultural Zone, about 40 minutes by boat from the river port of Atalaya. Our 3, 4 and 5-day Manu tours stay here, and our longer tours to the Reserved Zone and Pusharo spend their first and last nights here. You can also stay without a tour, from $80 per person per night with three meals.

Bungalows and what each one has

• Bungalows for one to four people: single, double, triple and quadruple.
• Private bathroom and shower in every bungalow.
• Twin beds, all with mosquito nets.
• Towels, toilet paper and phone chargers.

Meals and drinks

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served semi-buffet in the dining room. Mineral water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, milk and hot water are free all day. Soft drinks, beer and wine are for sale.

Getting there

From Cusco it is a full day of travel: a private van over the Andes and down through the Manu cloud forest to Atalaya (on our tours we leave Cusco at 6:00 a.m.), then about 40 minutes by boat to the lodge.
